摘要:
对某炼化企业的含缺陷软质产品分离器进行声发射检测,确定设备的临界使用边界条件,将声发射健康监测引入设备使用过程,综合利用定期检测、实时监测、降低使用工况、监控保障等措施,解决了含缺陷设备的安全连续生产技术难题,最大程度降低设备报废或大规模检修的不利影响,实现了节能增效。
Abstract:
Acoustic emission (AE) detection was carried out on the soft product separator with defects in a refinery and chemical plants, the critical application boundary condition of the equipment was determined, and the AE health monitoring was introduced into the process of the equipment, the technical problems of safe and continuous production of the defective equipment were solved by comprehensive utilization of regular detection, real-time monitoring, reduction of working conditions, monitoring and guarantee, etc. It minimizes the disadvantages of equipment scrapping or large-scale overhaul and achieves energy savings with efficiency.
