摘要:
轴流泵是影响聚丙烯装置环管反应器操作生产的核心设备,机械密封系统是轴流泵长周期稳定运行的关键。介绍了轴流泵三重机械密封系统,通过对2起典型聚丙烯装置轴流泵机械密封损坏故障的调查,分析了机械密封损坏的原因、故障现象和处理措施。分析认为,决定轴流泵机械密封安全运行寿命的主要影响因素为机械密封本体质量、密封安装质量和工艺操作情况,在实际运行过程中如发现轴流泵异常噪声和机械密封泄漏等现象,必须及时停车处理,避免造成更严重的破坏。
Abstract:
The axial flow pump is the core equipment that affects the operation and production of the ring tube reactor of the polypropylene plant,and the mechanical seal system is the key factor to the long-term stable operation of the axial flow pump. The triple mechanical seal system of the axial flow pump was introduced. The damage causes,failure phenomena and treatment measures of mechanical seal damage were analyzed through the investigation of two typical accident processes. It is concluded that the mechanical seal body quality,seal installation quality and process operation are the main influencing factors on the safe operation life of the mechanical seal system. In the actual operation,if abnormal noise of the axial flow pump and leakage of the mechanical seal are found,it must be shut down in time to avoid more serious damage.
