球形容器优点突出,但在国内核电领域尚无应用。依托“华龙一号”核电项目技术要求,对球罐形安注箱壳体瓜瓣纵缝焊接工艺进行研究,通过对焊接方法、焊接设备、焊接坡口进行分析,制定了焊接工艺方案。通过焊接材料分析、焊接过程控制和焊件焊缝力学性能检验检测,实施了焊接工艺评定,完成了焊接方案和焊接工艺方案的相互验证,总结了焊接过程关键点质量控制要点。研究得到的球罐形安注箱壳体瓜瓣纵缝焊接工艺可靠性高,攻克了焊接工艺复杂、形状尺寸控制难题,在“华龙一号”项目应用效果良好,实现了球罐形安注箱在核电项目的首次 应用。
Abstract:
Spherical containers have outstanding advantages, but they have not yet been applied in domestic nuclear power field. Based on the technical requirements of the "Hualong One" nuclear power project, a study was conducted on the welding process of the longitudinal joint of the melon-shaped shell of the spherical safety injection tank. By analyzing the welding method, welding equipment, and welding groove, a welding process plan was formulated. By analyzing welding materials, controlling welding processes, and inspecting the mechanical properties of welded joints, welding process evaluation was carried out, and the mutual verification of welding plans and welding process plans was completed. The key points of quality control in the welding process were summarized. The welding process for the longitudinal joint of the melon-shaped safety shell of the spherical injection tank obtained through research has high reliability, overcoming the difficulties of complex welding processes and shape and size control. It has been applied well in the "Hualong One" project, achieving the first application of the spherical safety injection tank in nuclear power projects.
